María Barragán Ortiz is an award-winning educator, coach and international speaker who has provided seminars, workshops and professional development on conscious leadership, building relationships and safe environments to hundreds of educators and stakeholders around the world. She is also a PhD Candidate in Psychology and has been involved in humanitarian work for years, highlighting her role as Board Member and Director of Events at the United Nations Women Chicago Chapter, where she has been leading community-driven efforts to support women and girls internationally through local advocacy, education and fundraising. María serves as educational consultant and coach through her own company The Open Window Conscious Leadership and leads women empowerment retreats and restorative circles through her international project Moon Nomads.
