SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS
All DVDs and CDs are non-returnable due to the volume of entries. All materials, shipping and handling costs to the festival office will be covered by the entrant, Collect or COD shipments will not be accepted. Preview copies (trailers) and promotional material will be retained by the festival, and may be utilized for display at the festival site.
If you do not use the secure online screener via Withoutabox, please ship your DVD in a protective envelope. The Festival recommends bubble-pack envelopes over fiber-pack envelopes as the fiber type can lead to damaged DVDs and DVD players.
The Festival is not responsible for materials damaged or lost in transit. Disclaimer: UNA, or any of its principles, volunteers or affiliates cannot accept nor assume responsibility for damage or loss of any materials. All UNA GC FILM FESTIVAL related programs, events, deadlines and locations are subject to change at any time.

All international entries must be sent “free domicile” to the Festival office with all transportation charges, duties, and taxes prepaid by the shipper. Fees charged to the Global Wake-Up Festival will be refused. Be sure to include the proper customs documentation required by your shipping service.
Make sure that the DVD includes the English language title and running time on the DVD itself, name of filmmaker, and running time of the film.
