Get Updates on UN Activities with UN Radio & Security Council e-mail alerts

Dear UNA Leader:

Following FYI are two services available to get updates about the multitude of activities underway at the UN.

Item #1 below is from UN Radio News Service that has several interviews that may be of interest.
Item #2 is a service that you can sign-up for to receive Security Council updates.
Since it is so difficult, if not impossible, to find out about the scores of substantive activities at the UN, this would be an excellent method to be updated periodically.

The media do a very spotty and limited job in covering the various initiatives undertaken by the UN. I would encourage you sign up for these e-mail updates.

Please be sure and share this information with other UNA members, family, friends and colleagues.

Thanks for all you do focus attention on the UN and its programs and services.

Bill Miller, Chair
Task Force on Media and Public Relations
UNA-USA Council of Chapter and Division Presidents
