Global Volunteering Opportunity
Sally Brown, President, Ambassadors for Children, has been working closely with Princess Katherine of Serbia to offer a trip to interested individuals in Chicago. Ambassadors for Children is a non-profit organization that offers global volunteer opportunities to help children worldwide. They have a trip planned August 5-12 where they will visit orphanages that the Royal Family has arranged as well as have tea at the Royal Palace.

Ambassadors for Children is partnering with HRH Crown Princess Katherine's Foundation providing volunteer opportunities for participants to work in orphanages and time exploring the city and surrounding areas. Staying in Belgrade, the group will spend time at different children's service organizations and a refugee camp. Teach English, lead craft projects, hold a baby, participate in some learning modules, deliver supplies, and be of assistance in a variety of ways. One orphanage has 300 babies under three years old and another orphanage has 700 kids up to 18 years old. Sprinkled among the visits to shelters will be tea at the Royal Palace with HRH Princess Katherine, sightseeing trips to Belgrade Fortress, a city tour, and other activities to learn about Serbian culture.
Princess Katherine's team and Ms. Brown are working on ways to invite people to go on this trip so that more of a bridge can be established. If you are interested in participating or promoting the trip, please contact Ms. Brown directly.
